It’s best to book at least six months in advance to ensure availability and secure the best rates. Early planning helps create a seamless travel experience.
Schedules change, and life happens. My flexible policies protect your investment while accommodating busy lives (specific terms vary by supplier and are outlined in your proposal).
I also strongly recommend trip insurance to cover unexpected events like family emergencies, natural disasters, or medical issues.
While rare, issues can arise. I partner with trusted suppliers who have local support teams to assist you promptly. Before your trip, I provide emergency contact numbers.

Yes, while my primary focus is on Hawaii and the Pacific region, I plan trips all over the world for my clients. Whether you’re dreaming of an island getaway, a European adventure, or anywhere else, I can help craft a personalized itinerary tailored to your travel interests and needs.
I’ll respond to your email or inquiry form within three business days to schedule an initial meeting. From there, we’ll collaborate closely to design the trip you’ve always dreamed of.
If I am away from my desk on work related travels or vacation with my family, my auto replay will alert you to when I will be back in office and responding to emails.
I do not book VRBO or Airbnb properties directly. Instead, I prioritize properties booked through our trusted partners who consistently meet our rigorous 4- and 5-star standards. Additionally, I collaborate with suppliers worldwide who offer comparable, high-quality villa and home-stay experiences, so you can enjoy exceptional comfort and service no matter where your travels take you.
I do not charge a planning or consulting fees. My services are complimentary, I am paid entirely by commissions from my trusted suppliers: hotels, resorts, cruises, and tour operators.
Only charges apply in these cases:
• Flight bookings: $25 flat fee per ticket, to cover processing.
• Post-deposit changes: $100 fee for modifications after your itinerary is finalized and deposit paid (helps cover supplier rebooking costs).
