My Travel design services are fully customizable to fit your preferred level of involvement. Whether you want a completely hands-off experience with every detail managed for you or prefer to collaborate closely on crafting the perfect itinerary, I tailor the planning process to suit your style. From fully curated trips to assistance with specific details, I’m here to ensure your travel is seamless and unforgettable.

Connect

Complete the trip connect form, and then we will jump on a 30-minute Discovery Call. During this call, I will get to know you and answer any questions you may have. We’ll review next steps, and your planning timeline. If you’re ready to proceed, we will move to Research & Design.

Research & Design

I will dive into the research and use my global connections to craft a personalized trip tailored to your preferences. You’ll get plenty of options to choose from, and we’ll refine the itinerary together until it’s just right.

Book & Confirm

Once your itinerary is finalized, we start booking. Deposits may be required depending on timing. Be sure to provide frequent flyer info, TSA Precheck/Global Entry, and passport details. Then, get excited, it’s almost time to travel!

Travel!

You’ll receive helpful reminders 30 and 7 days before departure. We’re available anytime during your trip and provide emergency contact info to support you on the ground. After your journey, we’d love to hear about your experience!
